Brian Markham’s workshop is open for the Artists of the Limberlost Open Studio Tour with hand-turned burl bowls, platters and furniture.

Please join me at the Artists of the Limberlost Open Studio Tour this weekend on August 13 and 14 from 10am to 5pm. It is our 10th year and we are celebrating our anniversary. I have been working all year to turn beautiful burl bowls, platters and furniture. My workshop is ready with my work and that of my guest artists, jeweller Carol-Ann Michaelson and photographer Don Spring.

If you visit each of the 7 studios you will have a chance to win one of 7 works of art created by host studio members. Pick up a ‘passport’ at the first studio, have it validated at every studio afterwards, and enter the contest at the last studio. The winner will be drawn after the tour ends. Good luck!

Travel along Limberlost Road and visit 7 studios and see the art of 19 diverse and talented artists. For more information about the studio locations and the artists, go to our website www.artistsofthelimberlost.ca.
